2025

• Florence Nelson Leadership in Music Grant for $2000, announced in 2024 to be given biennially beginning January 2025
• Twenty CFC Sponsored Student Memberships awarded in addition to Twenty sponsored by the Flute Center
  

2024

• Newly created Chicago Flute Club website, went live in August 2024
• Twenty CFC Sponsored Student Memberships awarded in addition to Twenty sponsored by the Flute Center
  

2022

• Commissioned solo for flute, alto flute and piano by Jim Stephenson, American Portraits premiered by Marie Tachouet at the 2022 National Flute Convention in Chicago at the Hilton.

• Donation to the NFA 5k run in Chicago

• Two piccolos, one Pearl and one Roy Seaman, purchased for CFC Flute Rentals Program
• A second Trevor James Alto Flute purchased for the CFC Flute Rentals Program
• Twenty CFC Sponsored Student Memberships awarded in addition to Twenty sponsored by the Flute Center
  

2021

• Trevor James Alto Flute purchased for the CFC Flute Rentals Program
• Commissioned solo for piccolo by Marcos Balter, Thaw, used for the final round of the 2021 Walfrid Kujala International Flute Competition. Special award was given to Elizabeth McCormack at the competition for the best performance of this piece in the finals. 
• Twenty CFC Sponsored Student Memberships awarded in addition to Twenty sponsored by the Flute Center
  

2020

• Twenty CFC Sponsored Student Memberships awarded in addition to Twenty sponsored by the Flute Center. 
• Bass Flute purchased for the CFC Rentals Program. This was the beginning of the CFC Flute Rentals Program.

2019

• Commissioned solo for flute with soundtrack by Adina Izarra, Cardinal Songs, using extended flute techniques. This was used for the Donald Peck International Flute Competition in 2019 and performed by Dr. Cate Hummel at the 2019 Flute Festival, A World of Flutes. 

2014

• Two pieces commissioned and premiered at the NFA Convention in Chicago at the Hilton.
• 1. Commissioned solo for flute and piano by Shulamit Ran, Birds of Paradise. This was Ran's first composition for this instrumentation! Performed by Mary Stolper, flute, and Kuang-Hao Huang, piano.
  2. Commisioned flute quintet by Ian Clarke, S P E L L S, performed by Jennifer Clippert, Kim Sopata Fleuchaus, Ellen Huntington,  Alyce Johnson, and Scott Metlicka.

2009

• Commissioned and premiered a flute quartet by Lita Grier, Echoes Over Time, for the CFC Festival Banquet, Hotel Orrington, Evanston. Performed by Jennie Brown, Jennifer Clippert, Janice MacDonald, and Karin Ursin.

2007

• Commissioned and premiered a solo for flute and piano by Martin Amlin, Sonata No. 2 at the Sherwood Conseratory of Music, Chicago. Performed by Mary Stolper, flute, and Martin Amlin, piano.
