Registration

Elementary Division – $25.00
Open to any student in 6th grade and under, who is a member of the Chicago Flute Club.
Junior Division – $25.00
Open to any student in 9th grade or under, who is a member of the Chicago Flute Club.
Senior Division – $25.00
Open to any student in 12th grade or under, who is a member of the Chicago Flute Club.

Read the competition rules carefully HERE and have all of your information ready to go. You must complete the form and submit it at one time. You cannot save information and come back to it later.
